Harmer Collection Services Ltd was created in 1998 to provide credit and finance managers with a single resource to boost their collections performance utilising the expertise and experience of our principal director, Darren Harmer. By the end of 2002, we were servicing a number of enterprises from single directorship entities to FTSE 250 plc's providing a multitude of receivables related services, both on and off site.

In 2004, having noticed certain synergies between our core offerings and a small business need for accurate and affordable book-keeping, we extended our repertoire and utilising our knowledge of SAGE accounting systems and Excel, introduced this new line of services to our clients

Today, we service clients from many different disciplines and entities providing all manner of cash and ledger management services specialising in book-keeping, with the focus on timely HMRC filing, and receivables management, focusing on the timely recovery of outstanding customer accounts both at the due, and overdue phase of the operation.

Due to the constant evolution of laws and rules relating to accounting and commercial litigation we at HCS take training and development seriously - Relevant training courses and continued personal development are both encouraged and actively pursued.

Meet the director
